CONTYACT OF CARRIAGE
It is strictly prohibited to carry contraband, including counterfeit goods and any infringing goods. Violators will be sent to the relevant units, and the relevant account will be terminated immediately. The shipper or you and the company as the carrier need to recognize the following terms and conditions as mutually abiding and legally binding conditions. You accept and abide by the terms of this contract when you pay the freight.
一、Responsibilities and commitments of the shipper and the carrier:
1. The sender or you and the agent entrusted by it guarantee that the items entrusted to be shipped conform to the laws of the country and acceptable to the transportation department, and do not violate the will of the carrier. The company, the carrier, refuses to carry the following items:
1) Flammable, explosive, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods
2) Drugs or drug-related devices
3) Books, photographs, sculptures or utensils that hinder weathering
4) Items that infringe trademark, copyright or intellectual property rights
5) Currency, VAT invoices, other tax stamps or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals
6) Food, live animals, plants or seeds
7) Correspondence in nature
9) Powder, liquid items and CDs
10) Non-genuine / imitation goods; (such as non-authentic or imitation goods sent by customers, no matter whether the goods are lost or not, the company will not make compensation)
11) Goods in foreign trade remaining orders
12) Suspected products that are not genuine products of the brand. If the description is genuine, but the price is unreasonably low
13) Prohibited items subject to customs import control,
14) Goods that do not comply with the relevant government administrative regulations, departmental regulations and mandatory standards of the carrier and destination
15) Goods that need to be refrigerated
2. The sender or you promise that the company has the right to give up or refuse to accept the goods that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the real name and value of the goods, and the goods that are expressly prohibited from being carried, mailed or transported by national laws. Once violated, the shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and economic responsibilities arising therefrom.
3. The shipper or you and its entrusted agent undertake to accept and pay the freight rates and related storage, return and transshipment charges published by the company.
4. If any liquid or solid is spilled, seeped out, or leaked from your goods, or due to various factors such as improper packaging of the goods or the goods themselves, other goods are polluted or damaged, the company has the right to investigate the sender or Your all legal and financial responsibilities.
5. Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse only accepts and processes one packaged shipment with one waybill number (which can include multiple items in the store). If the seller provides a waybill number, but sends two or more packaged shipments, Uncle Ant Warehouse will refuse to accept the shipment or sign for it. The company will not be liable for any damages if there is any loss.
6. Once the shipment is received in Uncle Ant's transshipment warehouse, if it needs to be returned or forwarded to other places in China, the freight will be calculated separately, and the freight will be subject to the customer service quotation on the day.
8. Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse does not sign for any delivery-on-delivery goods.
9. Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse does not sign any goods sent by ordinary mail without inspection or tracking certificates.
10. Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse only accepts and processes, and one waybill number issued by one store only corresponds to the goods of one customer.
11. Lingshun Express will not be responsible for any loss, omission or change of transportation charges if the following circumstances occur:
Situation 1: The seller issues a waybill number, but there are two or more customers' goods in the package, and some customers fail to claim other goods.
***Customers need to contact the seller to ensure that the waybill number when the seller ships the goods is only for the customer's goods. ***
Situation 2: (The customer purchases two or more goods) The seller only provides the customer with one waybill number, but the seller actually separates the customer's goods with two or more waybill numbers, and the customer fails to claim other goods.
*** It is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller to obtain another correct waybill number for claiming. ***
Case 3: If the seller provides the wrong waybill number, the correct waybill number has passed the 60-day free storage period. A storage fee is charged.

12. Since it takes time to enter the cargo information, it is recommended that customers log in to the Lingshun Express system one working day after the goods arrive at the Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse to confirm whether they are in the warehouse.
13. The customer must log in to Lingshun Express to claim and select the combined express service within 60 days from the day the goods are sent to the Lingshun Express transshipment warehouse, otherwise, from the 61st day, each piece of goods will be charged ¥2 (RMB) storage fee per day .
14. The shipment must be sent out within 90 days of arriving at Lingshun express warehouse, otherwise it will be regarded as Goods not required by customers, and the company will handle it by itself, and the owner shall not object.
15. For orders that have been reviewed, and orders that have not been paid for more than 12 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the order must be submitted again for review and complete all procedures.
16. If it is less than 1 kilogram (KG), it will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG).
***Example 1: The total weight of all goods is 0.99 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated as 1 kilogram (KG). ***
*** Example 2: The total weight of all goods is 1.01 kilograms (KG), and the order will be calculated as 2 kilograms (KG). ***
17. The weight calculation unit is kilograms (KG), and the accuracy is one decimal place, that is, 0.1 kg is the lowest scale.
18. The delivery time of Lingshun Express warehouse is from 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Please refer to the latest announcement for the statement time.
19. In view of the fact that foreign delivery and transportation companies are closed on Sundays or public holidays, Lingshun express warehouses are suspended on public holidays, and any changes are subject to the announcement of the company.
20. The logistics company will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.
21. All shipments are subject to the storage size and weight. Haikuai air freight billing method: if the weight is large, the weight will be charged. If the volume is greater than the weight, it will be half thrown.
